Travel

April has been my most eventful month to date! It started with visiting Gripsholm slott in Mariefred. Gripsholm Slott is a castle that was built for King Gustav Vasa and is now home to Sweden's biggest portrait collection. A few days later I left on my schools trip to England. It was a trip with the Cambridge English class. Earlier in the year i dropped CAE because it was really poorly timed with my schedule but they still let me go on the trip. We landed in London Heathrow then took a coach to Reading where we stayed for two days. The CAE teacher was from Reading so it was to have her show us around town and see where she lived. While in Reading we took day trips, some of most notable being a trip to Oxford and a trip to Fishbourne Roman Palace. When we got there we received a map and a scavenger hunt type of things to do. It was awesome because It brought us to a lot of things that we might not have known about or thought to visit. One of the best parts was all the little out of the way towns we visited while on the road. I'm 100% sure I would have never visited them if I took a solo trip to England and they were some of the coolest places we went to.
